Judging slips must be filled in appropriately with plant name and category; members names must be on the reverse side for appropriate recognition. No-name (lost label) plants are acceptable…………..
To be judged, orchids must be in member’s possession for at least 3 months
Any plant awarded a first is not eligible for repeat judging until 3 months have elapsed.
Plant category placement is the responsibility of the member. However judges may move incorrectly placed plants into a more appropriate plant category. Plants may be shown for educational purposes but not judged- separate plant slips may be available to indicate this.
